Sweet Buttered Skillet Corn

Sweet and Creamy with the flavor of Cream Cheese & Honey with the spiciness of Cracked Pepper. This is one of my favorite side dishes. Simple, yet tasty.


Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Salted Butter

  • 1 Bag (16 ounce) Frozen Corn

  • 2 Tablespoons Honey

  • 2 Ounces Cream Cheese (Cut into chunks)

  • Kosher Salt & Cracked Peppercorn to taste

Directions

  • In a skillet, melt the butter. Once melted add the frozen corn and cook for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cooked and starting to brown.

  • Add cream cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix ingredients together and let simmer while stirring occasionally.

  • Serve immediately.
