A delightful mix of fruit, pasta and veggies with a Greek flair. Take yourself and your guests on a trip to the Mediterranean with this delicious Greek pasta salad.
Ingredients
Fruit and Veggies
1 Small Cucumber sliced and quartered
1 cup Green Olives sliced
1 Medium can of Black Olives sliced
2 Handfuls of Cherry Tomatoes cut lengthwise in thirds
1 Red Onion quartered and sliced
1 Package of Feta Cheese
2 Cups of cooked pasta of your choice
Dressing
1/2 Cup olive Oil
1/4 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
2 Teaspoons Honey
1/2 Teaspoon of Dried Oregano
1/2 Teaspoon of Dried Basil
1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
1/2 Teaspoon of Pepper
Directions
Mix Fruit, Cheese, Pasta and Veggies in a large bowl
Mix all Dressing ingredients in a separate small bowl and whisk thoroughly
Prior to serving, pour dressing over large bowl ingredients.
Mix thoroughly and transfer to a serving dish or tray.
