Ingredients
1 Part Shredded White Cheddar Cheese
1 Part Shredded Provolone Cheese (You can use slices if unable to find shredded).
1 Part Shredded Swiss Cheese
Directions
Melt equal amounts of all three Cheeses in a non-stick pot on the stove.
Place parchment paper in a metal container and lightly mist paper with spray oil to prevent cheese from sticking to paper after cooling.
Pour hot cheese into container and set aside to cool. Once cooled, refrigerate until it's time to shred. This is a soft cheese and will be easy to shred.
