Original Fat Chef steak butter adds a buttery garlic and spice flavor to your favorite cut of steak. It also adds flavor on baked potatoes or as a dipping sauce when melted.
Ingredients
2 Sticks of Salted Butter
1 Tablespoon of Garlic Puree
1 1/2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
2 Tablespoons Dried Chopped Parsley
1 Tablespoons Dried Chopped Thyme
1 Tablespoon Chives Finely Chopped
1 1/2 Teaspoons Lemon Juice
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.
Lay out a piece of plastic wrap and scrape out butter into a log.
Roll in the plastic, seal the ends and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Remove and roll plastic again to create a round cylinder.
Refrigerate or freeze until needed.
Tips: Using fresh chopped spices will add to the flavor, however, dried spices seem to hold up better in this recipe.
