Easy Blueberry Dump Cake

Only 4 ingredients and this recipe couldn't be any easier. Delicious when served warm or smothered in Vanilla Ice Cream.


Ingredients

  • 1 Box of White or Yellow Cake Mix

  • 1 Stick of Unsalted Butter

  • (2) 21 Ounce Cans of Blueberry Pie Filling

  • 2 Cups of Fresh Blueberries

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease a 9 x 13 baking pan.

  2. Dump both cans of pie filling into the pan and spread evenly to cover entire bottom of pan.

  3. Using a tablespoon, cover pie filling with dry cake mix evenly .

  4. Cut butter into pats and cover as much of the cake mix as you can.

  5. Sprinkle Blueberries over butter evenly.

  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until top is golden brown and filling is bubbling.

  7. Serve warm, or in a bowl with Ice Cream.
