This creamy white sauce is used as a topper on your stuffed Cannelloni Dish.
Ingredients
2 Cups of Milk
1/2 Stick of salted Butter
1/2 Teaspoon Table Salt
1/4 Cup of all purpose Flour (If making Gluten Free, use "Argo Corn Starch").
Directions
In a large pot, melt butter until it bubbles.
Slowly add flour or corn starch while whisking until mixture is smooth and free from lumps.
While continuing to whisk, slowly add milk until sauce thickens.
remove from heat and allow to cool.
Sauce is now ready to pour over your pasta dish.
