Brussel Sprout Salad

This healthy yet tasty salad has lots of texture and taste. A summertime treat that you can eat year-round.


Ingredients

  • 1 Apple cored and chunked

  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice

  • 1.5 Pounds Brussels Sprouts sliced and broken up by hand

  • 2/3 Cup of Chopped Pecans

  • 2/3 Cup of Dried Cranberries

  • 1/2 Cup of chopped Bacon Bits

  • 1/3 Cup Sunflower Seeds

  • 1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

  • Salt and Cracked Peppercorn to taste

  • Dressing of your choice (preferably sweet for best results)

Directions

  1. Toss all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

  2. Add dressing of choice and serve (Gluten free if needed)
