Ingredients
5 or 6 Pork Chop Cutlets.
Garlic Powder.
Seasoned Salt or Fat Chef Tuscan Spice Mix
3 Eggs beaten.
1/2 Cup All-purpose Flour.
2 Cups of Seasoned Bread Crumbs (You can add additional seasoning of your choice to bread Crumbs to enhance the flavor.
1/3 Cup Cooking Oil.
Directions
Preheat Oil in a Large Skillet to 350 degrees or medium heat.
Make sure Chops are dry prior to breading to ensure breading adheres to Chops.
Season Chops with Garlic Powder, and Seasoned Salt (Firmly press Seasoning onto meat).
Dredge Chops into Flour and coat evenly.
Dip Floured Chop into Egg mixture and allow excess Egg mixture to drip off.
Press Chop into Bread Crumb mixture and bread Chop completely.
Repeat until all Chops are fully coated.
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
Place chops in heated skillet on high heat for about 3 or 4 minutes on each side, or until Golden Brown.
Transfer browned Chops to a baking Pan and cover with Aluminum Foil.
Bake for 45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.
generously sprinkle Chops with fresh chopped Parsley, and freshly grated Parmesan Cheese prior to serving.
Pro Tip - If this seems like cooking twice, you are, however it's well worth your time. By short frying the Chops in oil, and completing the cooking process in the oven by slow-cooking in a foil covered pan, the result will be a more tender and moist Chop. If you are pressed for time, and prefer less cleanup, you can skip the oven method and fry Chops on low heat until internal temperature reaches at least 145 degrees. If using just the frying method, Chops will be a bit dryer and crispier.
