This recipe may seem like double work, but once you bite into the cheesy flavor you will realize it was worth it.
Ingredients
1 Can of non-flaky Buttermilk Biscuits
2 - 15 ounce Cans of Sausage Gravy (Libby's or your favorite brand.
1 Cup of Shredded Cheddar cheese
Table Salt
Cracked Peppercorn
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease a 9 x13 Baking pan (Set pan aside when finished baking)
Bake biscuits according to directions on can.
Heat Sausage & Gravy in a sauce pot enough so its pourable.
Remove biscuits from pan and cover bottom of pan with Gravy (Just enough to cover)
Break biscuits into chunks of 5 or 6 pieces per biscuit and spread on top of gravy.
Pour remainder of Sausage Gravy over biscuits
Generously cover top of mixture with Cheddar Cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes or until mixture is heated thoroughly and cheese is melted.
