Bone-in crispy chicken wings are my party favorite and come in many tantalizing flavors. Here the honey BBQ recipe browns up sweet & crispy in an Air Fryer. Even the kids will chomp these down.
Ingredients
2 Pounds of Bone-in Chicken Wings (Cut fresh or bagged Frozen)
1/3 Cup of your favorite BBQ Sauce
2 Tablespoons of Honey
1/4 Cup of Vegetable Oil
Cajun Seasoning
Lemon Pepper Seasoning
Directions
Place Wings in a large Ziploc bag with Vegetable oil and shake vigorously until wing are thoroughly coated in Oil.
Preheat Air Fryer to 400 degrees
e fryer is pre-heating, open bag and apply both seasonings to wings and shake again. It may be necessary to open and apply seasoning again until wing are sufficiently seasoned to your liking.
Once fryer is heated, place wings in cooking tray leaving space around each wing to ensure proper air flow around wings. it may be necessary to cook more than one batch depending on your fryer capacity.
Cook wings for 10 minutes turning at half way point. Brush or dip wings in BBQ mixture and return to fryer.
Cook an additional 10 minutes, again turning at the halfway point. You can also add more sauce at this point if necessary.
Repeat again if cooking more than one batch.
Allow to cool and serve when needed.
