A delicious and mildly spicy dish N'Orlins style. You'll love this combination of meats, veggies and savory spices. Just add in some chunks of corn on the cob to seal the deal.
Ingredients
1 Pound of deveined and peeled Jumbo Raw Shrimp
6 Ounces of your choice of Smoked, Kielbasa, or Andouille Sausage
8 Ounces Zucchini cut 1/4" half moon
8 ounces Squash cut 1/4" half moon
1 large Red Bell Pepper seeded and cut into approximately 1" strips
4 Tablespoons Canola Oil
1 Heaping tablespoon of Cajun Seasoning
1 Heaping Tablespoon of Paprika
2 Cobs of Corn cut into 1 or 2 " slices (Optional)
Directions
Place all meat and veggies in a large bowl.
Place oil and seasonings in small bow and whisk together.
Preheat Air Fryer to 400 degrees.
Pour oil and seasoning mixture over the veggies and meat and toss until all ingredients are thoroughly covered in the oil and seasoning mixture.
Once Air Fryer is heated, place mixture into fryer and cook for 10 minutes tossing mixture at the 5 minute point (Halfway).
Depending on the size of your fryer, you may have to cook in two separate batches. If cooking in two batches, reheat first batch for 1 minute after completing the second batch.
